Around May of  2023 I came to the realization that my need to lose over 200 lbs is much more about living a longer life than it is about looking good and Lose2Live.com was born.

My ultimate goal is to simultaneously begin my journey to lose 200 lbs. with others following me on their own weigh loss journey. I'm not inviting you to see what I have accomplished but rather watch me as it happens while we motivate each other.
